Does anyone know of anyone looking for a set of winter or second wheels? Going to post up my R98 web spokes, currently black plasti dipped, but wanted to ask here first.

Got a new GP and they won't fit without a large spacer on the front, they'll stick out more than I'd like so time to part with them and find new ones.

 

Figure I would let everyone know that next month after some unforeseen issues have arisen since the Taphouse gathering, the wife, my son and I are heading back to Florida. My wife lost her job and things have not gone so well, so we are biting the bullet and going back next month. I swore I would never go back to Florida but my tons of mixed feelings we have to go back. We will be leaving around the 3rd week of January. Although we are hoping and planning on coming back north for Minis on Top in June. So, if anyone comes south to Florida, let us know and we can get together or if anyone plans on going to the Dragon in May, let me know. Thanks.

So...I received a n email from Van at MoB about a JCW tune pepper white yesterday and then I see this post. So you traded huh? I went to look at your old MCS. Surprised you didn't keep the Enkeis. I told MoB that I would take the wheels off their hands.

 

GTG before you all head? Don't be surprised if we follow you to Florida in a couple of months.

 

Let's do it!! My last day of work is January 17th. We plan on leaving some time the week after. Haven't nailed the exact date yet for leaving.

Yeah that was mine, saw it again tonight when I had to swing by to pick up tires. Couldn't take the Enkei's unfortunately, part of the tradein deal which was fine. I would buy them again though if they'd fit over the gp calipers.

I loved my old car, great car and with the tune it was a whole different animal. That said I really love the GP, it's like if my MCS and old S2000 had a baby

But I was wondering whether there is anyone who lives near Hooksett or Manchester, who would be willing to help a friend of mine with her snow shoveling/snowblowing today?

If I were closer and had a way to move my snowblower I would definitely help out. I know what it's like to try and get help with snow removal for friends/relatives out of state.

when giving an oil change today, nearly two whole threads came out of the oil pan where the bolt sits, now i have to figure out what to do with it and i need to replace my rear brakes

A bunch of us are having a gtg at the Tap House on Jan 11th at 3pm to say good bye to Steve and his family before they move back to Florida.

good news everyone! the mini is fixed!

now sending my ECU to bytetronic so i can get my tuning stuff, i guess they need to update my ecu to make sure i have a clean slate for tuning.

so this weekend, im sure we will be taking the GF's mini

I wish it was just that but lose of jobs don't help very much and I have huge opportunity back in Florida.
