Well I just lost my dashboard. Only thing working is the radio display. WTF?!?!

They ordered a new gauge cluster for the steering wheel. They said it went bad. Supposed to be here mid day and Im supposed to get it back today. We will see.

 

Yuck. Hate it when stuff breaks. It's usually expensive. Were they good to you at least? Still under warranty?

 

I'd also like to know who all is going to MINIs on Top from our group. It would be awesome to get a group picture at some point before everyone went home.

When is everyone headed up? Where are you staying, do you have any secret routes that we should know about, etc.

 

lol... funny. i was just going to post the same question about MOT. We are planning on leaving from Bedford Friday afternoon. We did think about heading a different route this time but i think we will just stay on 93 with the group. i've always had fun on the highways with the other MINIs.

 

im heading to MOT, but i am working witha family friend to get a massive condo int he village of loon, so if i can get the condo, we could prolly have a few people stay there instead of driving up on sat morning, i know i dont wanna wake up at 3-4am =)

i think the condo can sleep easilly 8

 

Alrighty - still not sure what my plan is for heading up, but it involves back roads and Rick. Ryan - is Kara still planning on Taking Tracey's MINI as well?

 

the loon show starts around 9am. no need to be up that early unless you plan on attending the MOT breakfast at 6am.

 

Kara and smash are heading up Saturday morning and meeting us at Loon. Only the 2 of you heading up together. blah... where's the fun in that.

 

And being at Loon at 9 AM is awesome, but you will almost definitely fry. That's a long time to look at MINIs, To be honest. LOL

 

Come with us. And there will be plenty of back road "fun".

nah. as much as i hate highway driving, i do enjoy the many, many, many, MINIs in a group.

 

I will be heading up Saturday Morning As well. Going to be my first MOT event so I dont know any secret routes yet but I might do alittle snooping on google maps to see if I can find the most curves.

 

There's plenty of curves up there.

 

Is anyone here doing the great ice cream run tomorrow night? I heard there are about 28 cars so far.

 

I'm going to be at MoB for the meet and greet, but then breaking formation to return to Hanover to collect my wife at work (damn boss claims to never have seen the day off request ). From there we're thinking of running 112 out of Woodsville. Hoping to find some other MINIs in that area on a time table like ours.

 

they are being really good and easy to deal with and yes its still under warranty. I was surprised that they don't have service on Saturdays but they hooked me up with a clubbie as a loaner.

We are heading up to MOT on Saturday morning. Plan on being at Loon between 9:30 - 10:00. All depends on whether I get the car completed on Friday night with detailing.

As for the ice cream run, its looking good for us to go. Ryan, where are you meeting and leaving from?

 

Chris, I'm going up that morning. What route are you taking? I'm going to drive up 93 right from Manchester. I'm stopping in Campton/Thornton to meet up with one of the Bavauto guys that has a DINAN R53.

We are going to meet at Heritage in Lowell and cruise down with those guys. I believe we are meeting around 7:30.

 

so we are going to MOT and leaving friday. anyone caravanning up from MINI of Bedford?

and we will be staying in loon village as well with friends.

 

We are leaving from MINI of Bedford on Friday. Not sure if we've met before. Maybe some of us can arrange a time to meet.
