Never been there myself. But if you eye the site a bit you'll find the service gets trashed from time to time.

 

Have you checked out the Dealer Rating System here? Most MINI dealers have a decent amount of people's ratings and opinions by now. Click on it on the main menu to the left.

 

I leased my MINI from Habberstad and have only had it serviced there twice. The first time they gave me a rental car because I had only had the MINI for 2 weeks. My first oil changed went fairly smooth, but did take a little long. They seem to be ok as far as service goes.
