I've announced this on the club forum, but figured I'd get it out here too...

... details are still sketchy, but on Saturday Nov 20th McCarthy's Ale House in the Flats wants some Minis to be in attendance for the Midget Kiss Cover Band. A classic Mini will be needed to drive them INTO the bar.

I'm still waiting to get more details from the guy coordinating it. I'll post more as I learn more.

 

That sounds great and I do know who the band is - what a hoot.

 

Hopefully all will go right and it will happen.

Any band that would try to cover KISS songs is a midget band. (mentally at least).

Sorry, I realize it's terribly un-pc, but these guys crack me up something awful ...and I guess that's the whole point.

 

Personally, I think its a great idea that these guys came up with. Do what you can with what you have available. They obviously like kiss - so they came up with a really clever twist on a cover band.

And I get to drive them around Cleveland in Sprog II. :smile:
