Simple, I think, question......Have a MINI CD changer to install. Other than looks (which doesn't really do it for me), is there a reason for the carpet material cover for the CD changer? Does it do anything for stability/skipping? I can see a good reason for it when tossing items around in the boot. Since this is an aftermarket, one didn't come with it. Are there aftermarket covers? Or just install the thing and all is fine?

Also, would the boot storage accessory be a good idea as a barrier for the Changer?
