As everyone knows there is a fuse box in the drivers kick and an ecu in the passengers. The fuse panel has lots of wire to move it up into the knee bolster (I had to give up my euro shelf). The passenger side ecu was flipped onto the firewall (again lots of cable to do so). I did not cut one wire.
The speakers are Alpine Type X's...4" components in the kicks and 6" Mid-Bass' in the doors. Of all the speakers I auditioned I liked them the most.
8" subs are going into the stock rear positions...not done that part yet.
Sounds awesome so far!!

My only concern would be with the imaging, being that the front is pretty close and tight with people in it. Is the imaging pretty even through the sound spectrum or do you have some peaks and valleys?

Putting the speakers as far away from the listener (in a car anyway) creates a more equal sound between the 2 channels. And having the tweeter below the woofer actually raises the soundstage.
All that aside it does sound very good...I was skeptical at first but now I'm sold.

I'm well versed in the speaker placement/distance issue. Way too many years spent up under car dashboards putting this stuff in. I was more interested in the personal impression. Sounds like it worked well. I may have to try that for tweeter placement with my new speakers. Thanks.
