im wondering if anyone on this board has done a custom, "molded" or place or anything else, dvd setting on the car? just wondering if there is alternative ways to mount dvd setups other than the flip up screen that blocks the speedometer abit.

i was thinking of shaving the cupholders to mount a whatever size screen that fits (maybe touch screen?) and a dvd reader (the brain) at the stock head unit location. wil this work? or any ideas or pictures?

Not mounted or moled, but an idea for you (you'd have to retrofit the nav and speedo package)
