I did it my-own-self!!!

Ok, it took me awhile due to numerous interruptions (blasted kids ) but I finally got the Ipod adapter AND the AUX input installed. I put the Ipod adapter in the glovebox and the AUX input in the back of the parcel shelf. All is working perfectly and I can't imagine why I put it off so long. Here are a few pics.

In process. Center tube dismantled, HU out and glove box on the floor.

The Ipod now in it's new home in the glove box. Please note El Kabong slaying the dragon

The Aux input at the back, right side of the parcel shelf.

YAY, now just to decide what my next DIY will be.

Looks good!

I went a sortof opposite route-- I got my iPod hooked up through my glovebox about a week after getting my MINI, but I just recently got around to installing the parcel shelf, and I couldn't imagine why I put that gem off for so long!
