Using integrated microphone with aftermarket bluetooth kit?

I've been searching around the forums. It seems there are a few kits that can be integrated into the MFSW just fine, but they all have a silly external microphone. Are there any that use the built-in one (or use the built-in casing the house the aftermarket mic)?

There is no built-in mic There is just that little covering up there. You can stick a mike up there, that is where mine is and its NOT MINI OEM
