ok, wantt to know if a standard 1 din head unit stereo will fit into the mini after replacing the standard unit, the dear is charging so much money for that, so its not really an option.

You should check out a thread where people have been talking about changing ghte stock head, or anything with the stereo! I guess your entire warranty can be voided, and if there is an electrical problem, your medling will automatically be the cause...
