Yes..please check to see if in fact it is your door panel vibrating before you conclude that the speakers are blown. It sounds just like it. Put some pressure on the speaker grill or nearby door panel. Solve the problem with some felt as detailed on my site.

You would not even believe the trouble i have gone through to get rid of rattles. Felt, dynamat, rubber spider, you name it i have it! Trust me, my speakers were blown....

My tweets on the passenger door have blown twice now... I'm starting to think it's an amp issue. I don't mess much with the eq settings, I abhor distortion, so I never play music loud enough that it even will distort. All in all, It's pretty frustrating.
