2005 Antenna Removal

Does anyone have (or know where I can find) directions for removing the antenna from a 2005 MCS. I just picked up the OEM sirius unit and am going to be installing it this weekend.

The Stalk on mine just unscrews from the base. If you need to remove the base too, I think that is done from inside of the plastic cover above the center of the rear seat.
