Anyone get the text working with IceLink?
Dension released some new files that are intended to make the IceLink Plus display text on the radio display.

I downloaded it and tried it but I think I didn't follow the directions properly. I read some posts on Mini2 by folks in Europe saying that it was working for them. Anyone in North America have luck with this?

I called Dension this week to get a timeline for the update for text display on 2005 MINI's and was told it is not available at the present time but they're working on it. They were noncommittal about when it would be available. At any rate, they're starting to make me mad. I was told in early January when I bought the Ice link that it would be about 3 weeks until the update was ready. That has clearly come and gone. If it was never going to be available I'd have just gone aftermarket with an Alpine deck rather than getting the Ice link.
