2014 Bluetooth Dead?

2014 Bluetooth Dead?
I have 2014 convertible and this week it’s as if my Bluetooth died. Radio works, CD works but when I toggle into my infotainment system the first 3 icons are not selectable.
I pulled the fuse for the phone and it doesn’t look blown. Should I be checking one of the other fuses? I even have my mini aux cable and that doesn’t seem to work.
Any ideas on what may be going on?
