I couldn't find a clear answer through search. Most of the info I dig up is for non HK systems and early models.
2011 R56 LCI with HK system.
Lower door speaker is farting on low freq. She needs replacing
What size can fit?
Do I need 2 ohm or 4 ohm?
Coaxial or just woofer if one can located singly?
Also did these ever come with sub?
Does anyone experience with the hideaway powered subs?
Thanx in advance

Bavsound speakers are a slight improvement in sound over stock HK. Bavsound underseat woofers with proper amplification will put a smile on your face, no need for powered sub imo unless you are just looking to shake the car with your pounding bass. All the speakers will just sound much better with more power.
I used a JL Audio 6 channel amp, lost the center channel in my F56 and everything sounds a lot better. You can do similar with the R56. Check out technicpnp for a harness to make amp mods easier without messing around with the wiring.
Check out the Bavsound site even if you don't want them because you can plug in your car info and find which ohm speaker is correct for your car.

Ive been to Bavsound. They dont have the speakers Im talking about. Im talking about the woofers at the bottom of the door.
I don't see anywhere on their site anything about ohms for my car. If you a link perhaps, I just dont see it.
I also know about integral. I dont feel like spending that kinda cash
