Navigation & Audio Speed signs on the HUD

Speed signs on the HUD
2018 Clubman JCW with 8 inch touchscreen
While running navigation I see the route and speed on the Hud but the Hud does not display the road speed symbol. Any ideas how I can display speed signs on the Hud?
