Bluetooth Audio Stream Coding?

Hi all,

I have an Australian 2011 R56 JCW with Mini Connected. It comes with the sat nav and bluetooth phone abilities.
It does not come with the bluetooth audio streaming, however.

I spoke to the dealer, and they looked up my VIN and said the original owner got the car with option 6ND (bluetooth hands free) but not 6NE (audio streaming).

Is there any way to retrofit or code through NCS or similar, that would let me enable 6NE to get audio streaming working?

I can't remember the answer to this. But look up on this forum "oem navigation install hopefully a how to guide" I know it's talked about. It's what I used to install oem nav and mini connected in my car.

When i say I don't remember the answer to this, I'm talking in regards to being able to do it via ncs.

Ya, there some threads on this. I believe what most folks ended up doing was getting a buletooth adapter that plugged into the aux port or usb port..
