I have a 2011 MCS and I have the phone button, I checked up in the upper console and the mic is there, there is a USB (not working) and AUX (working) and I also checked via the VIN and the car is listed with bluetooth/phone... BUT it's not displayed on the radio.. and neither is the USB. What gives? Any ideas?
Is this a programming issue? or maybe something happened to the radio?

Does your radio display look like my attached picture?

If so, that seems to be normal. The standard radio only supports bluetooth calling, not bluetooth music.

 

That's a negative. For some reason I don't have the USB showing up, even though it is there, and there is wiring from it to the radio ( i pulled the panel and used a mirror/flashlight)

 

Plus my radio doesn't have the setup for the bluetooth phone. Even though there is a bluetooth mic, and the car is listed with the bluetooth phone.

 

Crazy. Sorry, I don't have an answer for you. I've only had this car for like 3 weeks so I'm kind of still getting acclimated to the Mini world.
