First of all, I have a '17 F54 JCW with the touchscreen nav screen. This morning I got in the car, pressed the Map toggle, as I was driving, and didn't get a screen changeover to the map. I then tried the other side of the toggle (Nav) and still no response (changing of screen from any screen over to the map). I went to the i-controller and got the same result. I then finger touched on the icon on the screen and still nothing.
I sent an email off to my Service Mgr and will wait for an answer once he gets in (it's 5am now). I'm hoping it's just a glitch that the tech can reset and hoping they don't need to order another head unit. It took 7 weeks to get a passenger seat sensor to turn on the airbags and I wasn't thrilled about that.
Has anyone with the new touchscreen nav had any issues like this?

 

Fixed issue at dealer today. They had to remotely link into my car and fix an apparent software glitch.
