Navigation not makeing sound

Tried to turn up volume all the way up. When it comes to turns the music sound goes down but no voice or speaking. Is something turned off that should be on?

There is a command on the stereo to turn the Nav volume up. Its in the radio guide / book in the glove box manuals, should be a 5-6 page booklet that fold out on the radio / nav options.

Look at these to adjust the Nav volume setting:

If there is still no sound after adjusting Nav volume settings, something is broken.
