Nav screen restore, or cleaner

I spritzed some cleaner on the nav screen and it now has tiny spots, how do I get them off? Is there a cleaner that BMW sells to clean these?

I'd get a microfiber cloth and dip one edge in a mixture of a little dish soap (eg. dawn) with some warm water. I'd then spray some Sprayway glass cleaner on another dry end of the microfiber and wipe it clean.

No cleaners touches the spots. I think are not something that are "on" the screen but something that are "not" on the screen. I think they are tiny specs of the antiglare coating that are gone. Don't know how that happened , but when the screen is in use you can hardly see them. They might have been there for quite a while and I just noticed them.
