NAVTEQ Traffic & Speed Cameras

I just up graded to a nuvi 3590 which has free NAVTAQ traffic. I had a lifetime subscription on my old 2460 for Clear Channel, but it won't switch to the new one. Does NAVTAQ alert you to speed cameras like Clear Channel did.

Thanks, if I buy the Clear Chanel subscription again for the new 3590, will I get the the speed cameras again?
