I have a 2006 mini cooper. over the past few weeks i have been having a few eletrical problems. Mostly two problems one my driver side window has stopped working. i believe its a wiring issue rather then the window motor. the other main issue is that when i turn off the car and open the door the radio keeps playing. i just wonder if any one else has ran into this problem as well. the only way i can turn my radio off is to disconnect my battery. but as soon as i reconnect the battery the radio turns on before i even get in my car, or start the car. i had a similar problem with my girlfriends honda civic and i jus replaced the head unit and it never did it again. is this my only option to fix this head unit problem? replace it with an aftermarket head unit?

 

Use a multimeter to check the voltage on ACC goes away at the back of the radio when the key is removed.
