I feel like I'm on MINI audio overload. There is so much more to this system than any other car that I have ever owned. I finally decided to just replace the whole HK system with a Kenwood head unit, amp and Polk DB separates in the front and 6x9's in the rear. Now, I recognize that most of the trim interior will come out in order to properly run wiring, etc...this is fine. But, I am stumped when it comes to getting the speaker wiring from the cabin into the front doors. Anyone out there with photos or tips? Seems I read it was a PITA, and I even ran across a photo of some wiring for mirrors, but can't seem to find that anymore. Any help here would be great. I got my HU and wiring harness all done, just need a few hours to strip car and lay wires. A headstart on the doorpanels would be a great help. Thanks again.
