so i went to do a software update i put in the cd and let it do its thing it should a menu real quick saying loading or something or other then the screen went black. i let it be for 25min and nothing has changed. i pressed the eject button but it would spit it out. so i proceeded to remove the cd-drive and open it up to remove the disk.

now the drive is disk free but it wont accept a disk i think it still thinks there is a disk in it. how do i "reset" it to accept a disk? also my nav system dosent work anymore, if i can get the drive to work again ill just got to a mini dealer so that they can do a software update. any help?


also the "power" led is not lit anymore it was when the map dvd was in there but was not lite when i had my cd in it, and is still not lite.
