Saturday & one other time, my Sirius would only play Hits1 (Channel 002). I turned off & on but still the same. Every button I pushed it said aquiring & then would play Hits1. I don't even have it programed to any buttons. Shut the car off & started it again & it was still Hits. I shut it off & let it sit for a while & it was OK. I had a loaner car that did it too. Anyone else have this problem?
To try to help with issues like this, get the car out with a clear view of the sky and the sirius tuner turned on. Then go to the Sirius website and log into your account management section and click the "ReSend Activation signal to your radio" (or something similar to that).

I have a similar issue, except it only happens with one of the two keys. Key 1 has full access to all subscribed Sirius channels. Key 2 only gets Hits1 (channel 002) no matter what methodology I use to tune. Called Sirius and they said it's problem with radio. Finally remembered to bring in 2nd key for routine maintenance visit and totally stumped the service manager who's said he's never seen this in his 10 years of servicing MINIs. He's going to research it. If he finds something I'll post here.
