Nav Icon Question

I have a 2009 Mini with Nav. While Nav is on full screen, guidance not turned on, along the bottom where the time and other icons display, just to the left of the bluetooth Icon, there is an icon of a triangle. I dont remember that always being there. Can anyone tell me what it means?

Thanks,
Finner

The triangle appears when your phone is using a roaming connection. Phone calls may cost more, depending on your plan (if you have a nationwide flat rate plan, it won't matter).
