I have the HK system but want to know if is possible to install cd changer & XM Direct?

Yes! The harness with the CD changer pass-through came out a few weeks ago for the XM Direct. Please check at http://www.radiosandmore.com They have them in stock, you just have to let them know you need the changer cable and they will see that you get it.

How about the IPOD ICElink and XM? Both leverage the CD changer connection.
