Navigation & Audio replacing oem amp
replacing oem amp
my h/k oem amp is blown. i was wondering if any aftermarket amps will work. the h/k oem amp is pricey so im thinking of getting an aftermarket amp if it fits. has anyone done it? will it work? i drive a 03 mini cooper
I've been looking into it...
(1) Headunit = Alpine Ina-w900bt - $725
(2) Amp = Alpine pdx-F6 - $425
(3) Front Speakers = Focal Polyglass 5.25" component slim - $299
(4) Rear Speakers = Focal Polyglass 6x9" coaxial - $259
(5) Imprint Module - $125
If you can do the work yourself, not that hard, I would estimate it being around $1,800 with that kinda equipment. But it gives you nav, bluetooth and a sweet sound. Way more than probably finding a used hk amp.
