Factory CD Changer

My factory 6 disk CD changer stopped working a little while ago. Worked fine one day, next day stereo showed "No Disks" even thought he cassette is full. The in-dash CD player works fine. I've tried removing and re-inserting the cassette, unplugging the cables for an hour and plugging back in- nothing. I'm about to pull what little hair I have out. Anyone have any ideas?

Most likely the CD changer died. You can find them cheap these days as most people go with the Aux-in or various other ipod adapters. Replace it, or get the Aux-in adapter.
(I realize that you probably don't want to hear that, but with electronics these days, replacement is generally far more cost effective than repair.)

Love the screen name.

I have a similar problem, except the H/K stereo will not switch over to the "Aux in", in this case it is my DICE iphone adaptor. When I try to go to the "Aux In" it just switches between the radio and the indash CD player. Any help would be truly appreciated.
Cheers

Sounds like your DICE has gone bad. You might try disconnecting it and reconnecting it.

Thanks Eric. I thought that was probably the case but wanted to check around before replacing it.
