Hello All! This is my first posting so I hope I am doing it right. I just moved back to the States from Germany with my 2009 MINI Cooper S. While in Europe I purchased the European Navigtion DVD. Well that is doing me no good over here now. Does anyone have information where I can get a USA/NorthAmerican Navigation DVD? Any clue what to do with my European DVD?

Purchase the North American DVD at a MINI dealer, or online here: http://store.minigpsmaps.com/

There isn't much you can do with your European DVD besides putting it up for sale and hoping find a buyer. You could try eBay or this forum's Marketplace.
