I have an electrical noise in my system. I am using a baby Kenwood equalizer, boston custics 6 1/2" mid with crossover and tweeter, Polk Audio 6 by 9 with a Punch amp for these speakers and a MTX 6500 hooked up to a 12" square Kicker Solobaric with dual coil. When I turn on the ignition the amps turn on, the original headset does not have a remote on. I have all the proper cablin (Monster cable all the way through). Any suggestions?

First: MC or MCS? The MCS seems to be more prone to noise.

Two suggestions:

1) Ground the equalizer and amp at the same point. Make sure all paint is sanded off the grounding point as well.

2) Make sure any RCA feed cables are positioned as far away from all of the power cables as possible.
