OEM SIRIUS sound gone... please help!

So we installed a used OEM Sirius on my MINI and transferred my ONE time transfer of lifetime subscription. Waited for 5 minutes for Sirius download and something went wrong, the head unit did recognize the Sirius, but the sound was barley (really barley with ear to the speaker) audible at max volume. I cannot switch my "lifetime suscription" anymore. Anyone know what could of went wrong? Or if its oem Sirius unit? Can it be fixed? Any shops that repair Sirius? Any suggestions?
Please please help!!

Could Wiring be Wrong?

Do you think my wiring is wrong?
Given that the sound is present just barley barley audible, head unit picks up "Sirius Mode", plus CD and FM work and are very audible.
None of the local stereo shops wanted to touch this. They all just wanted to sell me 15 inch woofers.

There is no settings. You can try to look in the radio menus to check the audio level. There might me a different audio input volume level for each source. Outside of that I would say call sirius and move your lifetime again to something else. Tell them that the unit has not worked since you got it and they should take care of you.
