do you know if you can buy the backplate for the oem nav system for the 2009 mini and what type of gps they actually sell? thinking of just getting the attachment and buying the similar unit from another source.

the first picture is the one i saw in the accessories book for the 2009. i do not know, or should say have not seen the second one. do you know the model or the first one and if you could just buy the bracket that looks like it fits on the molding? What is the second one and where does that go. I have also heard that you can just use suction deivice and put on the speedometer in the center...since i really dont use.
