JBL speakers

i was wondering if i could get some opinions on some JBL 6x9s. ive had JBLs in the past and liked them but i have not heard much from them recently. i wanna replace my rear 6x9s (non hi fi) and i was looking at the JBL P-963 and JBL GTO937. just looking for some feedback. thanks

I do not have any experience with JBLs in a car, but here is a link to an article:

No experience with the speakers, only amps which were quite nice though.

thanks for the feedback, the article had some good info. one of the reasons i was leaning toward JBL is that they do not need much power to sound nice. since i dont have an amp i will be adding this made sense to me.

thanks for the feedback. i think ill go with the jbl power series. i can get a set of the 6x9s for around $105. i dont want to spend too much. maybe down the road ill get a little crazy but as for now updating the stock speakers should be fine.
