About to order a JCW 09 and seem to remember reading somewhere about the nav being slightly upgraded with a slightly larger screen. Does anyone know if this is true? Thanks

 

...the 2nd Gen MINIs have a very different (upgraded) OEM Nav system... this includes the R56, R55 & the new 2009 Convertible (i.e. R57). I'm not aware of a special "JCW" version of the Nav system, including in 2009... I'm not aware of any changes for the 2009 models either.

This is the 1st Gen MINI Nav and Audio forum though, and as of 2009, all new MINIs will be 2nd Gen... would you like me to move the thread over to the 2nd Gen Nav and Audio forum? The folks over there might have more accurate info on any possible changes for 2009.
