Navigation & Audio aux audio & toggle switches

Has anybody thought of wiring the aux audio cable out of the unused toggle switch area? it would be cool to be able to plug into that space, make it look used.
If no one has done it yet, any ideas on how it could be done? I'm not terribly skilled when it comes to mods (read:terrible) but think it might work...
