Today I played with the Alpine PXE-H650 System Integration Audio Processor. It's going to be the core of my bro's R56's audio system. Below you will find the response curves for the stock head unit at different volume levels. I also hooked up an Alpine PDX-4.100 to the two factory 5.25" woofers to do a quick test of the MultEq and all I can say is, "WOW!" The H650 and amp put so much life into those cheapo speakers it's just crazy. The H650 is totally worth it. It's going to be an amazing system once we get the rest of the components.

 

it's an interesting piece. too bad it took so long to get to market...I would have bought it for another car
