Need Parrot Bluetooth help

I’ve integrated a Parrot Bluetooth interface into my 2003 MCS with HK system. It's working, but not correctly.

It works as long as I don’t connect to the phone logic input (pin 11) on the HU. If I connect it the HU shows “phone” during a call but also mutes the audio. Pulling the mute connection on the HU (pin 10) high or low makes no difference.

From what I can tell there is a wiring difference for HK systems prior to 9/03. The factory wiring diagram indicates a “mute” connection to the HK amp and a connector labeled X1293 that’s supposed to be under the center console. I can’t find that connector anywhere.

Does anyone know where I can find that connection?

Thanks,
Brian

Might try sending an e-mail to Mikey at www.newministuff.com and see if he would be willing to help. Generally when he sells the kit it is all prewired with a harness so it is plug and play. Sounds like you bought elsewhere but he might be willing to help anyway.

Don't connect the mute pin, it tells the hk amp to mute so you will get no sound from your phone.
