I am possibly negotiating with the dealer on trading it in so am trying to figure out if I sell it outright, what the value would be. It does have the chrono package. Mini Cooper S sport package. Supercharged engine, power windows/doors, mirrors, panoramic sunroof, navigation, am/fm. cd player, automatic transmission, parking sensors, side and overhead airbags, leather seats, cruise control, 48,000 miles. excellent condition. Clean title,no history of any accidents

I have already replaced a lot of the parts that 2005 Mini's are known to have.

Engine Mount replaced

p/s pump cooling fan replaced

thermostat housing/gasket replaced

coolant tank replaced with metal one (purchased from Colin Greene performance),

lower control arm bushings/brackets replaced,

crank shaft harmonic balancer split in 2 - replaced

Transmission fluid drained

Just had an oil change

 

It's a shame you're having to sell it. But being the owner of a 2004 myself, I do understand that they require a ton of maintenance that can become very expensive. Luckily, I do all my own work so it hasn't been a financial drag. Good luck on the new MINI.
