My car for sale is a single owner car purchased from Concord Mini in 2007. It's been garage kept during my time of ownership. I only have need for one car and I've recently purchased a new car so I'm finally looking to part with this well maintained car.
The Good:The car was maintained according to manufacturer intervals throughout it's warranty cycle. All usual replacements for failure with a car at this age has been done. These included a clutch replaced at 102,000 (first clutch lasted more than 100K!). Thermostatic Housing and oil filter housing gasket replaced at about 90K mi (high $ maintenance item so shouldn't need a new one for a long while. Front and Rear Brake Pads and Rotors changed at ~105K miles, they still have about 30K each of life. The interior is well maintained, the leather seats show very little wear with no rips, stains, or discolorationThe Bad:A deer ran into the side of the car (yes that happens!) and left a dent in the front fender panel the good new is that the paint is still in perfect condition, so this doesn't need a body shop just a good paintless dent repair (quotes have been ~$250). Rear 2 tires probably need to be changed in the next 10K miles. Some curb rash on 3/4 wheels if that matters to you
