The time has come to sell our beloved Mini - We bought in October 2009 with 55k, (it came from Virginia) and we have only driven it during the summer. Car is in excellent condition, recent maintenance includes - new battery, brake adjustment, oil change, oil pan gasket, crank sensor o-ring, passenger side motor mount. Car runs great and pulls hard, have been extremely reliable for us, even with storing the car during winter.

Just to get the “opportunities” out of the way, here are the current things that could be addressed:
Moonroof does not open - has power, believed stripped gears in motor/assembly - common issue (does NOT leak)
left side stitching on bolster starting to separate on drivers seat
white vinyl stripes on trunk and moonroof decal starting to crack/split (not peeling)
AC needs topped-up with Freon every spring, but does work
Small chip in windshield - has been there for years, not in line of sight (behind mirror)

-Original Type R98 2-piece wheels with worn Goodyear Eagle tires - 5 wheels total (2 damaged) - the wheels could use some re-finishing, mostly on the barrel
