This is my MINI JCW for sale. I am a long time lurker on this site, but never needed to post anything because I could always find what I needed to know. Here is some more info about my JCW for sale:

Purchased from original owner in San Diego in 2016 at approx 80k miles. Now has 103k.
All records, documentation, manuals, books etc since new. Chronologically organized in a 3-ring binder.
No paintwork or accidents other than front and rear bumper-caps redone to correct for rock chips and parking bumps.
No issues or needed maintenance. Everything is up to date.
Modifications and upgrades-chassis braces, camber plates, 15% pulley, ATI SuperDamper, metal coolant tank, 22mm adjustable rear sway-bar, Koni Yellows, 5 Rota RB 17x7.5, boost and volt gauges (factory), auxiliary input for stereo, upgraded speakers with no factory wiring cut or modifications to the car.
Extras include factory S-lites (good condition, but not perfect) with Nokian R2 winter tires with less than 6k on them, Extra front rotors, full set of slightly used EBC Red Stuff pads, extra wheel bearing, car cover, sun-shade, Bentley manual and more.
Recent maintenance and repairs- Brand new Continental 215/45/17 tires, new water pump, pulley, ATI damper, and a Way Motorworks supercharger, all 4 brake rotors, shocks, shock mounts, A/C service, all fluids are fresh.
In summary, a no-excuses, no mystery, no damage, no rust factory JCW that has never been neglected or abused. 2 meticulous owners. Other than the occasional ultra-low mileage garage queen, easily one of the best JCW's you will find IMHO.

2nd owner- purchased from original owner in 2016 at about 80k-now has about 103k.
All records, documents and manuals since day 1. Chronologically organized in a 3 ring binder.
Zero rust, zero body damage. All original paint other than front and rear bumper caps.
Original S-Lites included with Nokian R2 winter tires with less than 5k
Modifications-extra gauges, euro knee bolster shelf, aux input, upgraded speakers with no wiring or body modifications. Koni Yellows, 22mm rear bar, front camber plates, chassis braces, 15% pulley, metal coolant tank, and more.
All fluids fresh, recent maintenance includes new supercharger, water pump, serpentine belt, spark plugs, shock mounts, lots more....
Everything works correctly, no excuses, no current needs. Not many this good and this well documented.
