I'm officially off the deep end. I'm looking for a whole R52 in somewhat decent condition that has hugged its last curve. If you own such a car, give me a PM. I finally talked the wife into buying a parts Cooper, because at this age it just makes financial sense *if you have the room*.

Ideally, a Chili Red 6-speed, but I dont need the engine or tranny (yet), so any version of an R52 should work. Sport seats are a plus. I can pick it up if you're somewhat close. Price depends on condition.
