This is a fairly rare 2007 Mini with Sidewalk package and the JCW package. Manual of course. Only 58,645 mi. Tan leather seats. Clean Carfax (I'll email you a copy if you are interested). I love the car. I just bought a Clubman S because I wanted something bigger and I am old. I already regret it.
Just had new pads and rotors all around and just serviced. Needs nothing that I know of. The body and interior are in excellent shape--has one small, 2-inch ding on right rear corner. I just never got it fixed.
It's a beauty and a blast to drive. KBB says it is worth $8,990 to a private party buyer.

Maybe not needed in Florida, but... does it have heated seats?

 

It has the nice light brown leather seats, but they are not heated. The Clubman I bought has the leatherette, which is awful here in Florida.

 

Actually, I don't think they are heated. I've really never thought about heated seats in our climate. I'll check and see--if they are, I'll let you know.

 

It does have the little seat icons in the console between the seats. Never noticed them.

Wish I could say it was me who bought it. I was an hour or 2 late...

 

Florida car with no rust as well. I knew this would go fast as soon as I saw what he had and the price.

I found mine on Craigslist and also at a KBB price.

 

Somehow I've seen 3 black JCW sidewalks with low mileage under 10k in the last 30 days.. but not when I was actually car hunting..

 

Can't always control timing. Bought my last two MINIs when not actively car hunting. Sometimes you need to be opportunistic when situations present themselves.

 

Congrats to whoever got this gem!

For anyone who missed out on this great car and wants something similar. There is a last of the supercharged (basically sidewalk + JCW) with 88k on the knoxville, tn craigslist. Buy it, take it to the dragon, drive it home!
