Looking to buy a MCS hardtop within 75 miles of Kingston, NY.

What it needs to have: Manual transmission, oem HID, black interior.

What I would like: chrono package and no sunroof (these aren't deal breakers though)

Colors: white, black, green, grey with black roof. No red and no stripes.

I prefer a car close to stock but am open to some mods. Looking to spend $8500 the most and no more than ~95k miles.
