Found something else I would like to buy so this has to go.

Up for sale is my '72 right hand drive Mini. I've owned it for about three and a half years and is such a fun car to drive and gets looks all the time. It is a reasonably original car with 90,000 miles. I believe it has the original engine and trans which run great. The previous owner replaced all suspension parts on the front with exception of the steering rack. Since I have owned it I have replaced the steering rack, rear brake cylinders, heater control valve, several coolant hoses, rebuilt the carb, and installed new points, condenser and plugs. Everything works on the car except the windshield washer sprayer. The doors, bonnet, and boot lid are solid and close great. All door locks are keyed the same. Fuel tank and ignition have separate keys.

There is rust under the outside lower corners of the windshield, the floor pans have been patched (with metal) but there is a rust hole on the drivers side, some work has been done on the door hinges on the drivers side door, the rear upper shock mounts have rusted through and need to be replaced, and there is some rust bubbling on the lower rear quarter panels.

This a complete and unmolested car and is a perfect project for someone who would like a mini that they can restore while they drive it. It is the only running and driving mini in this area at this price point. This one has a complete interior and doesn't look like a hunk of crap from the curb. Try getting your girlfriend or wife to ride in a pieced together heap of a project. With a little rust repair and upkeep of maintenance, this car will keep on going and only get better.

The mini is currently registered in Florida and has a Florida title. Will consider trades for vintage Volkswagens.
