IT PASSES SMOG.
This MINI has been a daily driver since purchased from the original owner in 2006. The car has routinely outperformed the driver on the track and has been meticulously maintained. For an 13 year old car the paint is near perfect and has been very well cared for with Griot's Garage products. The car has been garaged its whole life up until a few months ago.

Recent Maintenance completed in the last 1,500 miles:
-A/C Condenser Clutch repaired. A/C works great and blows cold the way you want it to for summer.
-Driver side window regulator/motor repaired.
-Oil Change completed.
-Driver side front wheel hub/bearing replaced with quality Timken unit and race lug studs installed with Loctite, everything torqued to spec per factory manuals.
-Rear hatch struts replaced as they were beginning to sag.
-Taillight bulb replaced.

Other notes:
1) A new OEM -- ENGINE and TRANSMISSION - Short Block Part # 11000430233 was installed @ 100,556 miles (roughly 10,XXX miles on new short block). I have all receipts.
2) The tint installed by the previous owner is showing a few wrinkles
3) Small scuff (quarter sized) on the rear bumper
4) Rock chip on windshield (happened in August and has not spread)
5) Slight tear (2 in.) on driver's seat
