As much as I would love to keep this car, I am at a place in my life where it may not be a wise decision to keep it. I am trying to purchase my first home, and need cash for downpayment. THE GOOD: regular maintenance done oil change every ~3000miles only using Castrol Syntec oil. I just spent (this month) over $2500 at the dealership replacing the following with brand new parts:

-Water pump
-Turbo aux water pump
-Turbo lines
-Oil filter gakset
-Valve cover gasket

I will post the pic of the receipt for these items later today.

THE BAD: Although the car is driving fine today, the dealership did detect a leak from the head gasket. The only symptom right now is oil appearing in the coolant overflow tank. There is no smoking (burning of oil/coolant). I have received a quote from the Princeton mini dealership today. Here is the breakdown I received.

The quote entails replacing the head gasket, bolts, thermostat and turbo line gaskets.
Labor: 18.00 hrs- $2250.00
Parts: $880.18
Machine Shop fee: $500.00
Total: $3630.18

As stated previously, if the car does not sell within a reasonable range of my asking price I will keep the car and pay for the repairs. The price is negotiable, but I will not take $7,000 for the car. You can contact via the details below:
