2008 MINI Cooper Clubman S in near perfect condition

Asking $12,255. New truck arrived and the MINI needs to go.

Turbocharged 1.6 liter 4 cylinder engine with 6 speed manual transmission. MPG ranges between 30 and 40 (city/highway)

I’m the second owner. Both owners were adult non-smokers. This was a pleasure vehicle for the first owner. I bought if from him with less than 15,000 miles on the odometer. I have complete history including all service records for everything including every oil change.

No wrecks, no accidents, no paint work ever performed on this car. Paint is very close to perfect with only a few stone chips on the front and two very small scratches on the passenger door.

Interior is black cloth and near perfect. I keep cleaning wipes in my car at all times as well as a detail brush. I detail the interior while stopped at traffic lights and I’m not kidding.

I regularly hand wash the car and treat with paint sealant 2X each year to keep the paint protected. It shows since the paint is near perfect.

I have two sets of wheels and tires. The wheels in the picture are 17 inch MINI factory wheels that I run in summer with Firestone tires. In the winter months I run a set of 16” MINI standard wheels with Continental run flat tires.

Service performed in 2013:
1) Rear brakes replaced with ceramic pads. Front brakes were replaced with ceramic pads in 2012. Ceramic brake pads keep the brake dust off the wheels. This is a MUST if you care about wheel appearance.
2) New Battery
3) New JBE module (power steering module)
4) Minor oil leak repaired

Modifications to this car:
1) Window tint including tint on the panoramic sunroof to reduce interior temperature
2) Compact sub-woofer installed in the rear cargo area to address the lack of bass in the sound system. Bass volume is fully adjustable.
3) Cooper S stripes on the side of each door. These are vinyl and can be easily removed if they do not suite your taste
4) Stubby antenna replaced the factory long unit

To be showroom perfect, this car would need:
1) Front driver side marker lamp lens replaced. It has a tiny crack. (I have a picture of this to share)
2) Small chips on the edge of the wheels. (I will send close up photos)
3) Drivers side floor mat has some normal wear
4) Rear bumper has some minor scratches
